Like most other travel insurers, our Travel Insurance policies do not automatically cover existing medical conditions that existed before the issue of a policy however we may still be able to help you, although the medical travel insurance policy may cost a little more.

If you have an 'existing medical conditions', you'll simply need to go through a medical assessment process with us on the phone. Call us on 01245 272372 and make sure disclose all of your conditons, as our insurance works on an 'all or nothing basis'.

Our ability to cover your Existing Medical Conditions and any additional premium payable will be depend not only on a full declaration of your conditons but also on where you are travelling to, the duration of your trip, your age and other factors. For example, we may be able to cover you for a trip to France, but not to the USA. This reflects the availability and cost of health care in each country.

If we can cover your conditions we will give you a reference code which you can choose to add to your Medical Travel Insurance policy, however you also have the option of not covering your conditions. This means in the event that you make a claim, and it is related to one of the uninsured conditions we would be unable to settle any claim.
