In the unfortunate event that things don't go right on your holiday...
To lodge a claim on your Right Cover Travel Insurance policy, follow these simple steps (as simple as we could make it anyway):
1. download and complete a claim form
- You can download one on the 'claim form' page
- So we can process your claim quickly, it would be helpful if you give us as much detail as you can
2. add your receipts and supporting documents
- At the back of the claim form, there is a simple list of the supporting documents you'll need to send us
- Don't forget, we require originals of all documentation, so make a copy before you send it in
3. give your claim the once over
- Once completed, give your claim a final scan, just to make sure you haven't forgotten anything
- Most importantly, don't forget to sign it
4. send it on in - Send your claim form and supporting documents to:

what happens next?
We understand you are probably already out of pocket, so we'll try and process your claim as quickly as possible. It usually takes around 10 working days to respond to each claim.
